On our quest to increase the energy efficiency in our home, we needed to replace the windows.  If you remember back to when we remodeled our kitchen, we only replaced four windows in the kitchen.  This left the remaining 10 windows in our house to be replaced. We knew this was going to be an expensive upgrade, but in turn decided it was feasible when factoring in resale value and ability for our homes heating and air conditioning units to work optimally.  The best bang for our buck for this project was to hire the professionals. I guess I should preface this by saying, we are 98% done. The main thing missing from the kitchen is crown moulding, which will be done at our leisure. Other than that we are looking at painting the wood window sills, moulding around the bottom of the cabinets, and overall touching up some paint. So, just bear with me and imagine some crown moulding above the cabinets to the ceiling, and we will be good to go for this reveal!
