Easy DYI Halloween Eyeball Wreath
Materials
- 100ish – Ping Pong Balls
- Lots of Googly Eyes
- Black Feathers
- Hot Glue Gun with Glue
- Wreath Form
I used a wire metal wreath form because I had one left over from another project, but I think a foam wreath form would work better for this project. Gluing the ping pong balls onto the metal wreath was a challenge with the glue not adhering perfectly because of the gaps between the wire form.
Directions
If you really want to dig in deep with this project – Paint the foam wreath form a bright fun color and let it dry before you start adding to it.
Start by hot gluing a row of ping pong balls around the wreath. Keep going around with the ping pong balls, layering as you go to create dimension.
Once your form is all covered, glue the googly eyes onto the ping pong balls. It does not have to be a perfect look. You can be random about where on the ball the eye is placed and how many eyes per ball.
Add feathers at random in between the ping pong balls for a unique look. This can also help to cover parts of the form that are peaking through the balls.
Feel free to add other accessories to your wreath. You can make it scary or make it cute. Either way you’ll have a wreath you can use season after season!
