Major Kitchen Renovation Week 12
The kitchen is functional…I repeat…the kitchen is functional!

It is such a relief to be up and running again.
After 12 weeks of chaos, dirt, and hard work we can finally start to relax and enjoy the space. Granted, we still have quite a few things left to completely finish everything up.
Still on the To-Do List:
- Backsplash
- Crown moulding
- Shoe moulding for the cabinets
- Electrical plugs for under the upper cabinets
- Sand and paint window sills
- Touch up paint
- Finish drilling and installing cabinet handles
But, just take a look at how the kitchen is coming together!
I can’t believe the transformation it has made. When we started this project many months ago, there was no way we could have imagined how great it would turn out.
The house is so much more open and accessible. Plus, there is a ton of added storage and counterspace. I’m loving it all!
I imagine in a few more weeks we will complete everything at our leisure. As for our first meal in the new kitchen, lasagna!
